§ Privacy notice
Your data serves one purpose: your proposal.
MAIAH Studio, based in Querétaro, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you share on this site. This notice explains in plain language what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.
01What we collect
When you submit the quote tool we receive your business name, your email address and, if you choose to share them, your name, WhatsApp number and project description. We also store the configuration you chose (industry, blocks, where it runs and budget; or the site package you chose; or the details of your audit request), the language, the page you arrived from and any campaign parameters in the URL. For security we temporarily record your IP address to limit automated submissions.
02Why we use it
To prepare and send your formal proposal, confirm by email that we received your order, follow up on your request by email or WhatsApp, prevent abuse, and measure in aggregate how the quote tool is used. We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
03Who processes it
Your data is stored in Supabase (database), emails are sent through Resend, and the site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides us with anonymous usage metrics. These providers process the information solely to deliver their service to us. Beyond them we do not share your data with third parties, unless required by law.
04How long we keep it
We keep your request while a business relationship is active or under evaluation. If you ask us to, we delete it from our systems.
05Cookies and local storage
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. The site stores only your language preference in your browser. Vercel Analytics usage metrics do not identify individuals.
06Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@maiahstudio.com. We respond within 20 business days.
07Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we publish the updated version on this page with its date.
